We offer two unique massage services: every relaxation massage includes 10 minutes of rest and integration time at the end of the service. If you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, this is the service for you! Don't have time for rest or looking for targeted therapeutic pain relief? We house expertly trained massage therapist who will implement a combination of advanced modalities to bring relief and healing. We also offer Prenatal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Sports Massage, Craniosacral, and Reiki.

The Rest
We all agree the worst part of the massage is the end! With The Rest, your massage therapist will quietly leave the room at the end of your session, leaving you to rest and integrate for 10 minutes of quiet solitude. This is true relaxation!

Experiencing a new or chronic pain point and you don't have time to "rest" after your massage? The Work is the massage for you. Our expertly trained therapists will utilize a combination of advanced techniques in your treatments to bring real relief.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, which helps remove waste, toxins, and excess fluid from the body.
It involves light, precise strokes, usually in a specific direction following the natural flow of lymph, to encourage proper drainage. This technique can help reduce swelling, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and promote relaxation. It’s often used to support post-surgery recovery, manage conditions like lymphedema, or simply enhance overall well-being.
